Toni Hill-Lucas is a dedicated and accomplished Chief Executive Officer of COSIG, Inc., a 501(c)(3) tax-deductible nonprofit organization that HELP HOUSE and TRAIN homeless veterans and people with disabilities. 

Toni is deeply committed to serving those who have served our country and is passionate about helping them overcome life's challenges.

Toni's military career spans 20 years of service in the United States Army, where she retired as a Logistics Officer. During her time in the military, she gained valuable experience in managing large-scale

operations and developing effective strategies to support the needs of service members and their families.

Following her retirement from the military, Toni continued her service to others by creating COSIG, Inc as the Chief Executive Officer. In this role, she has been instrumental in developing and implementing

programs that provide critical support for homeless veterans and people with disabilities. Through her leadership, the organization has expanded its reach and impact, helping improve the lives of

countless needy individuals.

Toni's dedication to serving others is rooted in her deep sense of patriotism and her belief in giving back to those who have sacrificed so much for our country. Her leadership and commitment to excellence have made her an invaluable asset to COSIG, Inc and the broader community of veterans and people with disabilities. We opened the doors to our nonprofit officially in May 2016. Our leaders have already served our homeless veterans community through other agencies providing many different services.
